Clam Chowder

Your clam chowder has been hand crafted from scratch with fresh ingredients.

The sourdough bread bowls are par baked and are best served after a quick bake in the oven.

*NOTE:    These instructions are meant as guidelines only. Every oven is slightly different and temperatures will vary. Over heating will affect the quality.

Sourdough Bread Bowl
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Remove the plastic wrap from the bread and place in oven on a sheet pan.
3.Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 6-10 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.

Clam Chowder
1. Transfer your soup into a large pot / dutch oven.
2. Heat slowly on the stove until hot.
3. Remove the excess bread from inside the bread bowl
4. Carefully pour the hot soup into the bowl and enjoy !
