Instructions - Ribs

Your ribs have been smoked in our rotisserie smoker for several hours and are fully cooked.

NOTE: These instructions are meant as guidelines only. Every oven is slightly different and temperatures will vary. Over heating will affect the quality.

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Remove the plastic wrap from foil pan.
3. Cover foil pan with aluminum foil (so as not to burn)
4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
(Consider moving on to the optional step below)
5. Remove foil
6. Brush sauce onto uncovered ribs
7. Continue baking  until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
    (about 10 more minutes)
8. To check doneness, hold rack lengthwise with tongs.
The more they droop, the more tender the meat.

Optional Step

At BBQ cookoffs, ribs get “finished” on the grill to give them an extra bbq flavor.
Your ribs will be great either way, but we like to finish them on the grill.

1. Remove ribs from oven.
2. Place on grill, bones down
3. Brush on bbq sauce and grill for a few minutes
4. Flip ribs and brush the underside with bbq sauce
5. Continue grilling until marked and grilled to your liking.
6. To check doneness, hold rack lengthwise with tongs.
The more they droop, the more tender the meat.
7. Finish by brushing with bbq sauce one last time for a beautiful presentation
